That dog looks like thick Tang. Maybe with a drop of red food coloring. That's so awesome. Maybe if Lucy has one of--they should have named him "Pumpkin"--if Lucy has one of "Handsome's" babies and it ends up with stripes, it will look like a curly-haired, miniature Ligra.

I'm home again. Lucy is happy to see me even if she's depressed about the condition of her little britches. I fixed my name, papa helped me. I'm excited to look at all my Caden pictures again, and re-fold my fabric. Erin, this is like the Sorry game, get even, no more Erin nice girl, you're not gullible anymore! Well, blogger.com totally lied to me when they said we could post photos in the blog. Well, not entirely. We can post photos, but blogger.com will not host photos, which means that you can't post a photo unless you have somewhere else to host them. You can link to them with blogger. So I guess if you don't know how to link to the photos with this blog, you can send photos to me and I can post them. Well, if there is a photo loaded with this message, then I can post them. Cross your fingers...

About changing your screen name...

So, M, if you don't want your screen name to be mjmesdag, what you have to do is log into blogger and at the same screen where you push the plus sign to add a new post, just look over to the right side of the screen and click where it says Edit Profile or something similar. On the screen that brings up, somewhere about halfway down there there is a spot where you can change your screen name.

how come my name never came in there

Alec this is confusing as anything...I'm supposed to do something and have a name and what it didn't like mom or monica, so now is my email name my name?

So I learned that if you want to post something to the blog, you have to log in at http://www.blogger.com/ to get onto your "Dashboard," and then it will have a list of the blogs of which you are a member with a plus sign icon (just to the right of where it says Whoa!Mesdag) if you want to add a new post to that blog. Anyway, good luck getting on board!

Yeah, so blogger is something I've had to start learning about because these two writing professors here are pretty into how they effect language use, etc. Anyway, I thought it might be fun to try with the fam because it can kind of turn into a big forum/journal/group email/erin talking a lot/something else that maybe sounds funny if you think of it/etc. Anyway, I think we should give it a shot because this could be fun...
